CONFIRMED FOR RAW 2010: NED FLANDERS

Kenneth Christiansen aka Ned Flander has an interest in electronic music that goes back to 1991, when he started dj’ing on a small scale.
After several years in a recordshop, he opened his own store 'Science Fiction' in 1999. He also organized parties that became huge successes in the Copenhagen underground. In 2001, he closed the shop, opting to work for another recordshop called Loud, where he continued until 2004.
In 2002, Kenneth founded the recordlabel Echocord. So far he has released artists like Mikkel Metal, Fenin, Anders Ilar, Andreas tilliander, Thomas Fehlmann, Substance, Vainqueur, Dub Tractor, Opiate, Dug Surgeon, Jan Jelinek, The Modernist and Michael Mayer. Echocord records is distributed via Kompakt in Cologne. Last year he started the sister label Echocord Colour.
From 1998, his parallel career as DJ picked up speed. He has been booked for gigs throughout Europe at clubs such as WMF (Berlin), Maria (Berlin), Nusonturm (Frankfurt), NBI (Berlin), last 3 years during the Sonar festival (Barcelona), Studie 672 (Cologne) and Spring Dance (Uttrecht). Kenneth has also done Echocord showcases, mostly in Germany, Sweden and Norway. Kenneth´s bookingagency is Flow-er booking in Berlin. At the moment he doing showcases all over Europe + Movement Festival with Luke Hess, Fluxion, Deadbet and Mikkel Metal.
In the end of 2004, Kenneth opened a new Copenhagen club called Culture Box. But CB is not only a club: it's a venue where other organisers can make their own parties, showcases, visuals and other activity. The club has been a huge succes and artists such as John Tejada, Thomas Fehlmann, Superpitcher, Luciano, Isolée, Oliver Hacke, Daniel Meteo, Wighnomy Brothers, Barbara Morgenstern, Fenin, Carl Craig, Richie Hawtin,Chica Paula & Reinhard Voigt have already visited the club.
Now, he has launched a new project - Pattern Repeat - with his friend Dennis aka Resoe. Kenneth has been playing in the following clubs: Panorama Bar (Berlin), Berghain (Berlin), Fabric (London), WMF (Berlin), Maria (Berlin), NBI (Berlin), Week End Club (Berlin), Betalounge (Hamburg), Echochamber (Hamburg), Kontra-Musik (Malmø), Mousonturm (Frankfurt), Spring Dance Festival (Uttrecht), Sonar Festival (Barcelona), Movement DEMF (Detroit), C/O Pop (Cologne), Marcerena (Barcelona), Mafia (Regio Emilia), KillYourEgo (Oslo), Studio672 (Cologne), La Rouche (Lausanne), Weetamix (Geneve), Hotel Shanghai (Essen) + practically all clubs and festivals in Copenhagen.
Ned Flanders will rock this year's RAW on Arena 6.
