2000F (OHOI! / Kraken / Hyperdub) is Denmark’s leading producer, DJ, and promoter of bass culture and music. Supporting the UK sounds since the early 1990s, he experienced his first major international breakthrough in 2004 on BBC 1Xtra. Since then, he has steadfastly refined and perfected his dubstep sound.
In 2007, 2000F released the first ever Danish dubstep vinyl (Copenhagen Massive as Obeah on Kraken Recordings). In 2009, Hyperdub Records released his You Don’t Know What Love Is (co-written by JKamata); a tune that did the dubplate rounds for more than two years prior to the official release, showcasing 2000F's ability to shape the future sounds of the underground, not only in Denmark but also internationally.
Besides DJing and producing, 2000F is by far one of the most active and respected bass promoters in Europe with projects such as OHOI!, RAW, Below, the official Danish sound clash championships, and Strøm Festival.
2000F’s goal is to continually promote and feature Copenhagen, Denmark, as a prominent and important factor on the global map of bass culture. If the past is any indication of the future, he's well on the way to achieving just that.
